Our Commitment

We are committed to the safety of our employees and neighbors, and to maintaining a clean and healthy environment. We have comprehensive environmental, health, safety and security programs, which we are continuously improving. As a responsible corporate citizen, we have implemented the CommuniCall system for community notification.

The possibility of any release into the community is remote. We have prepared an
Emergency Response Plan to cover such an incident. This plan has been reviewed with
local emergency agencies, including the Sheriff's department, the Fire department
and the Liberty County Emergency Management Agency. In the event of a release, we will notify the police and fire departments via 911 and the CommuniCall system will notify the community.
